5. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is only formed once we send you an order-confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order if payment fails, if we suspect fraud, if a pricing or technical error occurs, if an item is out of stock or if we suspect reselling. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers or distributors. If payment has already been taken and we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund within 5 business days.

Delivery times and handling details are described in our Shipping Policy. Your order remains our responsibility until it arrives at the address you provided. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll replace it or refund you in full.
